Ad Hoc Incident and Problem Management support

Every now and then things go wrong.


It could be a breach, it could be a ransomeware attack, it could be exposing a test service with live data or it could be a business continuity event.


Knowing what to do, when and who needs to be involved is key to minimising the impact and managing the risk. Not all events will be in the operations manual, attacks are continuously evolving and becoming very subtle so having access to a body of expertise to call on at short notice is critical to managing down the risk and the impact.


We have people who have done this before, handled systems compromised by attacks, managed breaches and interacted with formal bodies such as the ICO to report these incidents.

We then help perform the RCA and what lessons need to be learnt to avoid a repeat.
