Privacy Notices and Cookie permissions
Most companies or organisations have a website or mobile app. The privacy notice sets out what information is gathered, for what reason and where it is held and processed. It is a requirement to have this in place for all channels and is often a very good taster of how seriously you take privacy and data protection.

In addition cookies and other tracking technologies are used ostensibly to improve user experience but also to track usage and which pages are touched. Tracking requires permission from the end user including identifying which components of the experience would be compromised if permission isn't given.

This service will set out what your privacy policy needs to contain, what needs to be done about cookie permissions and also what needs to be done around consent management in the broadest sense and which registers need to be in place to support subject access requests such as right to restrict processing, right to be forgotten etc.
