As part of your Privacy and Data Protection approach you need to be able to respond to subject access requests. That requires you to know and be able to trace what information and permissions you hold whilst delivering the service.

There are a number of registers that need to be in place. This service offering looks at what information is held and processed, how it is shared and how it needs to reflect informed consent around permissions.
